A LONG HISTORY OF FEEDING OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

We are three friends from the Pacific Northwest who grew up together and LOVE TO BBQ. We've always had a passion for feeding our friends and knew it was only a matter of time before we ventured into the meat business together.

Our signature product, "Smoked-Butter Dry-Aged Ribeyes" (say that three times fast) was developed over the past five years by our CMO (Chief Meat Officer) Shelby Stong and has been tested thoroughly over the years at his annual, "Stong Family Farm Day" gatherings in October.

Shelby has been smoking meat for many years but kicked up the experimentation after reconnecting with his childhood neighbor Ryan Pfleger in early 2017. After his move home to Washington, Ryan donated an "extra" mini-fridge to the cause that was converted into our first dry-age locker.

Eventually, Shelby synced up with another childhood friend, Brad Maus, who had been smoking cheese and working on his BBQ recipes and decided to get serious. Next, we drew up a plan, purchased a couple of commercial refrigerators, and started working on our recipe until we had something epic to share! 

Fast forward a year, and we have a full blown meat shop and custom aging room now.  We also offer custom aging of all types of meats and cheeses.
