During our special butter dry-aging process, we completely seal our prime ribeye and New York steaks in our signature cold-smoked butter, for 42 days! Our unique butter aging process brings out complex flavors you won't find anywhere else. Abundant marbling, combined with our butter-based aging process gives our "butter-aged" steaks an incredibly robust flavor, without any of the funk that comes with traditional dry-aged beef.
